I've not heard too many recommendations here but I'm putting one out there far and wide. I highly recommend Dungeon Crawler Carl for those who enjoy Dnd and those who like scifi and fantasy
Currently making Gumbo. First started with a dark chocolate roux, which I use Unsalted Butter as the fat. Then I start adding Stock. Trinity and Onions are diced and sweated down and added. Andouie and Chicken are added. Season it with salt, pepper, Tony Chacherie, and some Crystal. Adding a bit of beer in a little while. Will post a Pic in a bit. NO INSTAPOT.
